Description
Our life is a multi-dimensional experience touching many levels of awareness, ego states, and past life events. Frequently, our physical, emotional, and spiritual levels are not harmonized across each other and can result in a state of “dis-ease”. By accessing our subconscious mind, past life therapy helps us to understand more deeply the delicate, yet powerful, mind-body-spirit connection. Understanding this connection and how we, as evolving souls, are responsible for creating our Universe for our own spiritual growth, is the goal of this practice. Past life therapy is dedicated to helping the individual to live a more integrated lifestyle in the here and now, to realize their connectedness to the Universe, and to participate in a creative process that gives meaning to each moment of awareness.
Background
Through both, my own personal experience with past life therapy and its practice with my clients, I have found past life experiences have a remarkable connection and congruence with our present life concerns. Each past life experience is a small holograph providing us a deeper understanding of our current selves. Quite often, we can discover the historic origin of a specific emotion or struggle that aids us in the resolution of current life challenges we may be facing. In my experience, past life therapy can help accelerate or initiate a process of self-discovery that could complement other forms of therapy.
I was trained and certified by Dr. Brian Weiss, leading authority on past life regression therapy. I leverage Past Life therapy in my integrative practice to address the total layers of life that touch on Body, Mind, Emotions and Soul.
