I obtained my meditation teacher certification at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing. Since I established Jothi Vita Ayurvedic Spa & Wellbeing Center back in 2011, I have introduced both children and adults alike to this magnificent practice and witnessed first-hand the positive changes it provides.
Recommended for anyone who wishes to enjoy deeper peace, greater freedom, and mastery of life, this 4-module class will introduce the student to the practice of silent meditation. This program is offered individually on a flexible schedule or to groups during a workshop.
