Biography

Welcome to my page.  I am a holistic wellness consultant trained and certified in multiple healing practices which afford me the opportunity to help people achieve their well-being goals at all levels of mind, body, and spirit.  

Born and raised in Mexico City, my mother’s influence, during my teen years, led me to pursue the teachings and spiritual philosophies of India.  Since then, I have worked to develop my knowledge through numerous programs.  Included in my learning journey are techniques from Ayurveda, trans-personal psychology, meditation, yoga, massage, aromatherapy, energy healing, psycho-corporal therapy, past-life regression therapy, and Semiology, which all work together to form my holistic practice.

During these learning years, I was privileged to study with renown and respected teachers such as Deepak Chopra, Alfonso Ruiz Soto, and Brian Weiss, who inspired me to pursue my calling and remain a strong influence in my work today.  

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.  During the first 25 years of my professional life, I developed a successful business career working for global corporations in the IT industry, however, my true calling was always in the healing domain.  Today, I am fully dedicated to my true purpose of healing and wellness through my practice.

In 2011, I established the Jothi Vita Ayurvedic Spa & Wellbeing Center in South Florida and have served thousands of clients with well being and healing guidance.  In 2022, I acquired Sai Ayurvedic Institute to expand my reach and create a network of professionals who will continue to spread the teachings and beautiful wisdom of Ayurveda.
